Olivier was a special school headteacher for a decade before starting a career as trainer, illustrator and information designer. With an architect father, and decades of working with educational psychologists, Olivier has combined his design skills with decades of reading educational research, to produce visual clarity on topics often too complex to interest the busy teacher. His book ‘dual Coding With Teachers’ was published this year, along with others for whom he designed and illustrated the pages: Understand How We Learn, What Does This Look Like In The Classroom, The Learning Rain Forest, The Rain Forest Fieldbook, Rosenshine’s Principles In Action, and several more to be published later in the year.
